Sarrasin cuit servi
avec des légumes crues
Ingrédients :

1 tasse de sarrasin trempé dans l’eau minimum 4 heures et rincé;

1 tasse d’eau;

1 c. à thé de sel de mer sans iode;

2 c. huile d’olives première pression à froid;
-
1 oignon moyen émincé;
Préparation :
Amener à l’ébullition tous les ingrédients, baisser le feu au minimum et laisser cuire pendant 5
min., sans couvrir. Laisser reposer 5 min. Servir avec des légumes crues en salade, arrosées d'une vinaigrette à l'huile d'olives et vinaigre de cidre de pommes au goût.

Buckwheat with a Raw Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic buckwheat (hydrated at least 4 hours in advance);
- 1 cup water;
Instructions:
Bring all ingredients to boil, lower the heat to the minimum, and continue cooking uncovered, for 5 min. Let it rest for 5 min., and serve with fresh vegetables sprinkled with olive oil and apple cidre vinegar to taste.

- 1 medium oignon, minced;
- 2 tablespoons first cold pressed olive oil.

Bring all ingredients to boil, lower the heat to the minimum, and continue cooking uncovered, for 5 min. Let it rest for 5 min., and serve with fresh vegetables sprinkled with olive oil and apple cidre vinegar to taste.

Hrisca fiarta (servita cu legume)
Ingrediente:

cana hrisca bio tinuta in apa peste noapte;
-
1 cana apa;
-
1 lg-ta. sare neiodata;
-
2 lg. ulei de masline prima presare la rece;
-
o ceapa medie maruntita;
Preparare :
Se pun la foc toate ingredientele. Dupa cateva clocote, se
reduce focul la minim si se lasa sa fiarba fara capac timp de 5 min. Se lasa sa se odihneasca 5 min. si se serveste
cu legume crude sub forma de salata, stropite cu ulei de masline si otet de cidru de mere.
