Chocolate Chia Pudding 




Ingredients :

½ cup almond milk;

½ cup water;

          5 tablespoons  chia seeds;

2 tablespoons maple syrup or another sweetener;

1 tablespoon vanilla extract;

1 tablespoon carob powder or organic cocoa powder;

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon;




Instructions:

Place all ingredients a bowl with a cover and mix well with a spoon.

Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least three hours.

Stir the pudding from time to time so the seeds get well soaked.

Serve for breakfast, or as a snack or dessert.
