Pumpkin Puree
Marinade or Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons organic apple
cider vinegar;
4-5 tablespoons first cold
pressed olive oil;
2 tablespoons balsamic
vinegar;
1 cup pumpkin puree;

3 tablespoons maple syrup or another sweetener;
2 teaspoons organic mustard;
2 organic garlic cloves (or
½ teaspoon organic garlic powder);
¼ teaspoon iodine-free salt;
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
powder;
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the
blender and mix at medium speed, until they turn into a smooth, homogenous
cream.
The remaining sauce may be
kept in the freezer, in plastic bags of one cup each, for the next recipes.
