Watermelon and Lemon Sorbet (Slush Drink)



 

Ingredients:

4 cups watermelon cut in pieces;

¼ peeled lemon (or 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger; or 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves);



Instructions:
 
Place the ingredients in the food processor and mix for at least 15 seconds, until it becomes a smooth juice. 


Transfer the juice in a glass recipient and freeze for at least two hours.


Take out the sorbet and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.



Crush with a knife or in the food processor and serve.
