Peach-Apple-Banana Ice Cream
Note 1: For an alkaline digestion, do not serve as a dessert, but rather as a snack or a complete meal replacement (with the chia seeds and ground flax for protein intake).
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas (two peeled
bananas kept in the freezer for at least two hours);
1 pitted peach or nectarine;
½ pitted Golden apple;
1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
¼ cup almond or flax milk;
1 tablespoon freshly ground flax seeds (optional,
for protein intake);
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for
protein intake);
1 slice fresh peach and one slice fresh
apple for decoration (optional);
Instructions:
Place all fruit in a food processor and mix for 1 minute.
Add the vegetable milk and vanilla extract and continue processing until smooth and creamy.
Place the icecream in a serving cup and spread the chia seeds and flax flour before serving (optional).
Serve immediately and place the rest in the freezer.
