Mashed Potato Mayonnaise - Vegan / Vegetarian Recipe

Mashed Potato Mayonnaise

 

Ingredients:

 

2 potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed;

1 cup first cold pressed olive oil;

1 tablespoon organic mustard;

1/4 teaspoon organic turmeric powder (optional);

 
Instructions:

Place the potatoes, mustard and turmeric (optional) in a bowl, and mix with a hand blender at medium speed, slowly adding the oil in small quantities until it turns into a smooth, homogenous cream.

 

May be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Vegan Cashews and Cauliflower Mayonnaise
 
 


 

Ingredients:

½ cup cashews, hydrated at least 4 hours in advance;

1 cup cauliflower, boiled in salted water for 10 min.;

¼ teaspoon curcuma powder;

2 tablespoons lemon juice;

1 teaspoon organic mustard;

½ cup first cold pressed olive oil.
 
 

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients (except for the oil) in the blender, slowly adding the oil in small quantities until it turns into a smooth, homogenous cream.
 
May be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.

Mayonnaise végane aux avocats / Vegan Avocado Mayonnaise / Maioneza vegana din avocado



Mayonnaise végane aux avocats



Ingrédients :
2 avocats bien mûrs, pelés et dénoyautés;
¼ tasse huile d’olives première pression à froid;
¼ tasses jus de citron (ou la chaire d’un demi citron);
2/3 c. à thé sel sans iode;

Préparation : Mélanger tous les ingrédients (sauf l’huile) dans le robot culinaire. Ajouter systématiquement de l’huile, en petites quantités, jusqu’à l’obtention d’une crème homogène. Servir immédiatement avec des croustilles au maïs bio Tortilla et légumes crues.


Garder au réfrigérateur pendant 1 à 2  jours.

¼ cup lemon juice (or1/2 peeled lemon);
2/3 teaspoon iodine-free salt;

Instructions: Mix all ingredients (except for the oil) in the blender, slowly adding the oil in small quantities, until it turns into a smooth, homogenous cream.

Keep refrigerated for 1-2 days.
Serve with organic corn Tortilla Chips and raw vegetables. Enjoy! Pofta buna!

Maioneza vegana din avocado


Ingrediente:

2 avocado foarte moi, curatati de coaja si samburi;
¼ cana ulei de masline prima presare la rece;
¼ cana zeama de lamaie (sau 1/2 lamaie fara coaja);
2/3 lg-ta. sare neiodata;
                                   
Preparare: Se amesteca toate ingredientele (in afara de ulei) in robotul culinar. Se adauga treptat uleiul, pana cand totul devine o crema omogena. 

Se serveste imediat cu chips 'Tortilla' din porumb bio, alaturi de legume crude.
Se pastreaza la frigider 1-2 zile. Pofta buna!

Mayonnaise végane au lait d’amandes / Vegan Almond Milk Mayonnaise / Maioneza vegana din lapte de migdale



Mayonnaise végane au lait d’amandes



Ingrédients :
-         1 tasse lait d’amandes;
-         2 tasses huile d’olives première pression à froid;
-         1 c. à thé moutarde bio;
-          le jus d’un demi-citron bio;
-         ½ c. à thé sel sans iode.



Préparation : Placer tous les ingrédients (sauf l’huile) dans le robot culinaire et mélanger à une vitesse moyenne, en rajoutant de l’huile petit à petit, jusqu’à l’obtention d’une crème homogène.  La mayonnaise peut être gardée au réfrigérateur jusqu’à une semaine. Bon appétit! Pofta buna!

Ingredients:

-         1 cup almond milk;
-         2 cups first cold pressed olive oil;
-         1 teaspoon organic mustard;
-         lemon juice freshly pressed from half a lemon;
-         ½ teaspoon iodine-free salt;

Instructions: Place all ingredients (except the oil) in the blender and mix at medium speed, adding oil little by little until it turns into a smooth, homogenous cream. It may be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!  Pofta buna!

Maioneza vegana din lapte de migdale


Ingrediente:
-         1 cana lapte de migdale;
-         2 cani ulei de malsine prima presare la rece;
-         1 lg-ta. mustar bio;
-         sucul de la o jumatate de lamaie;
-         ½ lg-ta. sare neiodata;

Preparare: Se amesteca toate ingredientele (cu exceptia uleiului) in robotul culinar, si se adauga uleiul, putin cate putin, pana se obtine o crema omogena. Maioneza se pastreaza la frigider maxim o saptamana. Pofta buna!
